GAZA - The Palestinian Health Minister in the Gaza government,Dr.Bassem Nai'm on Wednesday announced the death of the Minister of Justice, Dr. Ahmed Shewduh,in charge of the Ministry of Prisoners Affairs.Dr. Ahmed Shewduh died on Wednesday after not feeling well.Hamas stated in the announcement to the public, that Dr. Ahmed Shewduh died as a result of the siege, the Israelis prevented this Palestinian hero,to receive the urgent medical care he needed at any Arabian hospital or elsewhere.

Dr. Ahmed Shewduh is one of the most dedicated and prominent scholars and scientists of Palestine.He brought up many of the most important Palestinian issues,as the Chairman of the Committee of Islamic laws at the Islamic University in Gaza, Dr Ahmed Shewduh was the dean of the faculty of Sharia at the University .The funeral and prayers for Dr Ahmed Shewduh were held in the after noon prayers in the Al-Oumari mosque.Then the participants of the funeral ceremony, carried the casket with DR Ahmed Shewduh's body to the burial ground at the Cemetery of the Martyrs, located in the Eastern Gaza City
